Shipping

Due to the size of the Bikebox, the most cost effective way to ship it is through a freight company to a business address.  Someone MUST be available at the time of delivery to meet the driver curbside to accept the product and sign for it. *Local bike shops have been very helpful with our customers*.

If you want the shipment delivered to your home, please add the $50 Additional Home Delivery Fee from the Products page to your order.  This is to the curbside and not inside of a home or apartment building.  Someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery.

Can I pickup the Bikebox?

Pick up is available at our partner location in Orange County, CA.

How can I lower shipping costs?

Buy together with a buddy or teammate and split the costs! 

Cancellations

Cancellations prior to shipping will require a $50 processing fee.

Returns

Returns can be made on products that are new, unused, and in the original packaging.  We must receive it back to us in 30 days.  A refund for the product will be made less a $50 processing fee.  The original shipping cost to you will not be refunded.  All costs to return including shipping fees will be at your own expense.  Contact us at sales@fullsendcycle.com if you have any questions.
